Every week for 14 weeks, you join Martin and your cohort on a 60-minute live Zoom session. Each session builds on the last. No passive watching - this is a working room.

What creates or destroys a strong belief? How to truly commit, no halfway. Activate your internal engine, even when it's demanding.
Week 5: MOMENTUM - Navigate Change
Do we resist change? Create MOMENTUM instead of forcing. Move forward even in uncertainty.
Week 6: ARE YOU IN?! Moving from Intention to Action
Turning an objective into a plan. The difference between wanting and succeeding. Moving from "one day" to "now."

Everything you need to know before applying.
Each live session is 60 minutes. On top of that, count 30 to 60 minutes for field challenges in the weeks they apply (there are four across the 14 weeks*). Most participants build the session into a regular calendar block and find the rhythm easier to maintain than they expected.
MOMENTUM and CORPO participants have lifetime access to all session recordings, so a missed week does not mean lost learning.
Special note: ESSENTIAL participants will not have access to the recordings.
INSPIRE ACADEMY is designed to work at every stage. If you just stepped into a leadership role, it gives you the foundation. If you have been leading for years, it gives you the reset and the refinement. Martin's four personas (new manager, experienced leader, influencer without a title, seasoned leader who wants to grow) are all represented in each cohort.
Yes, there are dedicated cohorts in either English or French.
You receive your INSPIRE Certification as an Inspiring Human Leader. MOMENTUM and CORPO participants keep lifetime access to the recordings and stay in the private Facebook community, which continues as a resource and peer network beyond the cohort.
How do corporate packages work?
Yes. The CORPO package ($10,995 for 3 participants) is designed for organizations sending a team. Many individual participants also have their enrollment covered by a professional development budget - Martin's team can provide an invoice that works for most corporate finance processes. Contact inspire@martinlesperance.ca for a corporate invoice or to discuss a custom arrangement for larger groups.
Special note: Private cohorts can also be designed for an organization.
Cancellation with 100% refund - If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the start of the cohort, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our official email address.
Cancellation with 50% refund - If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of the cohort, you are eligible for a 50% refund. After this15-day period, no refund will be given.
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days - If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of the cohort, no refund will be issued. However, you will be able to defer your participation to another future cohort, subject to availability.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 10 to 15 business days after the request has been validated.
Most leadership courses give you frameworks and leave you to apply them alone. INSPIRE ACADEMY is a live cohort - you work through the material with Martin and a group of peers, in real time, week by week. The four field challenges are designed to take what you practice in the session directly into your real leadership situations before the nextweek's meeting. You leave with a certification, a workbook, a peer network, and 40 years of Martin's experience in your back pocket.
